The refund policy outlines the term and conditions for customer who wish to request a refund for product or services they have purchased. for example if a customer is not satisfied with the quality of a product of services, they may be eligble for a refunf within a certain timeframe, such as 30 dys from the purchase date. in order to initiate a refund request, the customer may need to provide proof of purchased a valid reason to refund.
